At Sarkandy, each piece is crafted with intention — which is why we do not offer returns. However, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your outfit.

🚚 Deliveries: All our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow us up to 21 business days for production and dispatch. You will recieve an update as soon as your order is shipped.

 

🔁 Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only in case of a sizing issue.

📩 How to Request an Exchange:

Email us at sarkandylabel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred size.

📦 Conditions for Exchange:

• The product must be unworn and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.

• Return shipping for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
